These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Noor Al Jas Technical Services website (www.nooraljastech.com) and the services we provide.

1. Definitions

“Noor Al Jas Technical Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the technical services company operating from Office No: B2007-102, Latifa Tower, Trade Centre First, Dubai, UAE.

“Client” or “you” refers to any individual or entity using our website or engaging our services.

2. Services

We provide HVAC, electrical, plumbing, CCTV installation and maintenance, IT support, IT cabling and networking, and speaker system installation services. Service scope, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in writing (quote or service agreement) before work commences.

3. Quotations and Acceptance

All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of a quotation constitutes a binding agreement subject to these Terms.

4. Payment

Payment terms are specified in each quotation or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the service. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at the rate prescribed by UAE law.

5. Warranty

We provide a workmanship warranty on all services as specified in the service agreement. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or force majeure events.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the value of the specific service engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Noor Al Jas Technical Services and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
